Tihomir Bogavac , rođen je 31.08.1976.godine u Beranama. Osnovnu školu I Gimnaziju, društveno jezički
smjer, završio u rodnom gradu. Završio je osnovne akademske studije prvog stepena i stekao zvanje
Diplomirani inženjer menadžmenta.

Predsjednik je Opštinskog odbora Socijalističke narodne partije, član Glavnog i i Izvršnog odbora
Socijalističke narodne partije Crne Gore.

Aktivno se bavio fudbalnom i igrao za Fudbalski klub ,,Berane“, Fudbalski klub ,,Obilić- Beograd“ i
fudbalski klub ,,IMR- Beograd“.

Radni odnos zasnovao je 2001.godine u Vatrogasnoj jedinici . U periodu od 2003.-2006.godine obavljao
je dužnost komandira Odjeljenja Vatrogasne jedinice Berane. Od 2014.godine obavljao je dužnost
komandira Službe zaštite i spašavanja Berane. Posjeduje brojne sertifikate iz oblasti zaštite i spašavanja.

Oženjen je i otac troje djece.
