Ambassador Mirsad Bibovic is a Montenegrin diplomat who after completing his assignment as Ambassador of Montenegro to Hungary (2017), took over the position of Ambassador-at-large at MFA. In 2018 Ambassador Bibovic served as Chargé d’affaires a.i. of Embassy of Montenegro in Bulgaria and in 2019 was appointed as non-resident Ambassador of Montenegro to the Kingdom of Denmark and to the Kingdom of Norway. During his MFA career Ambassador Bibovic served as the Secretary General of the Ministry (2008-2013) and as Chair of National Council for Cooperation between Government and Civil Society Organizations (2010-2013).
From 1998 to 2008 Ambassador Bibovic worked in different international development organizations and was engaged in numerous programmes featuring democratic governance, public administration reform, human rights and sustainable development.
Ambassador Bibovic holds a Master degree in Political Science from University of Montenegro and BA degree in English Language and Literature from University of Pristina, is married and has two children.
