Đorđe Radulović was born on August 31, 1984 in Podgorica, where he finished primary and secondary school. He graduated in 2009 from the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Montenegro, major in political science. He is currently M.A. candidate at the same faculty.
He began his diplomatic career in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Office of the Secretary General where he worked from January to October 2011, after which he served as an attaché in the Directorate General for Bilateral Affairs in the Directorate for Europe. From 2013 to 2016, he served as II Secretary in the Cabinet of the State Secretary for Political Affairs.
From April 2016 to February 2020, he worked at the Embassy of Montenegro in Bucharest, Romania. In the period from September 2017 to June 2018, he was the charge d’affaires ad interim.
In the period from February to August 2020, he covered the position of Director of the Directorate for European Neighborhood Policy, while from August to December 2020 he worked as Director of the Directorate for EU.
He speaks English and Russian.
He is married and has two children.
