Lada Muraj

Lada Muraj holds a PhD in humanities; she studied French Language and Literature, Comparative Literature and Theatre Studies in Zagreb and Paris. Before her appointment as Head of the Diplomatic Academy, she served as Second Secretary and Chargée d’affairs a.i. in the Croatian Embassy in Brussels. For a number of years she has been dealing with training in EU affairs, lecturing in the fields of history of European integration, institutional architecture of the EU, national coordination of EU affairs, EU decision-making process and negotiation. Her academic activities include lecturing in theatre history at the University of Zagreb and University J.J. Strossmayer in Osijek; she is author of several articles on the history of Croatian theatre.
