DiploFoundation Team at the Summer School 2020
Mr Vladimir Radunović is Cybersecurity and E-diplomacy Programmes Director at DiploFoundation. He is a lecturer in cybersecurity policy, Internet governance, and e-diplomacy on postgraduate and professional courses. He also serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE) and as an expert with the Geneva Internet Platform. He served as a member of the Multistakeholder Advisory Group of the UN Internet Governance Forum (IGF) from 2012 to 2014. He has been a lecturer, speaker, and resource person on a number of educational and training programmes and events worldwide, including within the WSIS and IGF processes. His professional and research focus is on Internet governance, broadband policy and net neutrality, cybersecurity and cyber-diplomacy, e-diplomacy, and capacity development. He holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Belgrade and a Master’s in Contemporary Diplomacy from the University of Malta. He is currently working on his PhD in cybersecurity. He is currently member of the Board of Directors of Diplo US.
Ms Katarina Anđelković is a researcher at DiploFoundation currently based in Belgrade, Serbia. She conducts research on the political and socio-cultural implications of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and other digital-policy-related topics, and coordinates a course on Artificial intelligence: Technology, Governance and Policy Frameworks. Her research interests also include topics related to authoritarian practices in the digital sphere and nationalism. Katarina holds a BA in International Politics from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Political Sciences and an MA in Southeast European Studies from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She was also a visiting student at the Institute of International Relations at the University of Warsaw.
Ms Nataša Perućica is a researcher at DiploFoundation and is part of Diplo’s Data and AI Team. In her role, she conducts research on digital governance issues such as artificial intelligence and sustainable development, and coordinates the RightOn initiative. She received both her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Master’s degree in International Relations – Diplomacy and Conflict Resolution from the Université catholique de Louvain in Belgium. Between 2017 and 2018, Nataša worked as an analyst at Thomson Reuters where she conducted research on financing of terrorism, corruption, and other financial crimes as well as violations of human rights. Previously, she interned at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Serbia to the United Nations in Geneva where she focused on the work of the Human Rights Council and at the Embassy of Malta to the Kingdom of Belgium and NATO in Brussels.
