Miloš Popović, Partnership and Development Officer at UN Montenegro will speak at the Summer School 2020
Miloš Popović is a UN official working for the Office of the Resident Coordinator. He is currently based in Podgorica, Montenegro, but also has experience from Namibia and Moldova.
In the past, Miloš worked with the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro, where he was in charge of drafting the key economic and fiscal policy documents, analysis, forecasts and policy simulations, as well as introduction of the European System of Accounts (ESA) methodology in public finances. He was trained by the IMF’s Joint Vienna Institute in applied economic policy and macroeconomic diagnostics and seconded to the Riksbank (Central Bank of Sweden) to learn about factors of sustainable economic development. In parallel, he was a teaching assistant of Computer Programming and Introduction to Informatics at the University of Donja Gorica.
Miloš holds a master’s degree in management of information systems from the University of Donja Gorica and he is currently a candidate for the Master of Public Policy degree at Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford. Miloš speaks English and French.
