Ana Dragić has been working as Consultant engaged by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for the various people development projects at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro. Summer School for Young Diplomats “Gavro Vukovic” is one of the flagship projects of Montenegrin Foreign Ministry where she successfully coordinated several editions and constantly has been looking for new models to improve program for the benefit of all stakeholders.
During her career, over the past 20 years, she held inspirational and demanding positions in the area of human resources management, communications and international relations as director, manager, coordinator or consultant in international organizations аnd government institutions. She was engaged as Project coordinator at the NATO Membership Council’s Communication Team of the Government of Montenegro, Consultant for different people and policy related projects at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro and Director of people and culture at the World Vision International economic development programme in Montenegro and in Serbia.
She graduated management at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Montenegro. She further mastered and verified her knowledge in the area of human resources at the Cornell University (USA) and holds professional Certificate for Strategic Human Resources Practices. She also holds Certificate for Financial Sevices from the Charted Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
